Starting in 2021, Riverpark Coalition joined forces with LA Waterkeeper to prevail in a lawsuit brought under the California Environmental Quality Act or CEQA and halt InSite’s proposed development of a self-storage warehouse and recreational vehicle storage lot and facility, forcing a full Environmental Impact Report.
