Alex Lauri and Nikki Freihofer’s take on the classic ice cream truck is actually a sleek Airstream trailer, which will be parked next to Kingston Standard brewery starting late July. The Rolling Cones will be dishing out artisanal soft serve ice cream in cups, cones, and sundaes with homemade toppings.
