Film festival's focus on human rights as urgent as ever a quarter century after its founding

The United Nations Association Film Festival, marking its 25th anniversary, has grown tremendously over the years, but its focus remains the same: uplifting human rights issues. The festival runs Oct. 20-30 at various Peninsula venues.
