Community members blast East Palo Alto’s proposed parking program

A group of East Palo Alto community members have launched a petition against the city’s Residential Parking Permit plan, which is set to be considered at a July 8 council meeting, in an attempt to stand up against what they are characterizing as a “punitive” and “costly” initiative.
