I think Legal Aid and whoever is behind this lawsuit probably never had to walk the sidewalks to do business of enjoy the Laguna trails while this milieu of beat up RV vehicles were permanently anchored in the area. In addition to the doors being opened to the tight public walkway so that all passersby had to smell, see, and interact with these folks and their animals on each and every visit, there was also jugs of mysterious liquids and overflowing garbage littered all along the walkway. I support the community of Sebastopol in drawing the line between’ living on the streets’ and ‘owning the streets’ to the point where people feel entitled to destroy the beauty, cleanliness, and hygeine of our common areas just because they are living a nomadic RV lifestyle.
