A new exhibition at the McNay Art Museum challenges preconceived notions about Asian Americans, particularly ones that ignore the challenges people face in their adopted homeland. “Reflecting Selves: Asian American Artists in Texas” brings together five queer, Lone Star State-based artists whose artworks examine the diverse Asian American experience.
